likes to hear about it, or see it, but it's always there. When we eat
the foods we love, we all get it. Fat. Fat is what gives cheesecake
that rich, creamy taste, and what makes movie theatre popcorn, well,
movie theatre popcorn. Yum, I can feel it melting in my mouth right now.
With all the fat we eat, no wonder it's such a shunned word in the
English language. Still, we need fat to store energy, insulate our
